Ahmed Saidi
Ahmed Saidi (Eng., MSc, Ph.D) is a researcher in agricultural economics and agribusiness management and  at the University of Naples Federico II (Italy). Saidi holds a Ph.D in Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Systems and Food Security at the University of Naples Federico II (Italy),  an engineering degree in agricultural economics and agribusiness management at the National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia (Tunisia), and two MSc degrees: in Agricultural Economics and Policy (Centre of Advanced Training, Italy) and in Land and water resources management (Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari).

His research focuses on sustainability, innovation, and decision-making in agri-food systems, consumer behaviour, and natural resource management. He employs quantitative and qualitative methods, including choice modelling, experimental economics, and mixed-methods analysis, to study consumer attitudes and sustainable consumption. His expertise includes value and supply chain analysis, with a focus on regenerative agriculture and sustainability transitions. Using co-creation approaches, he addresses real-world challenges through stakeholder engagement, participatory research, and policy interventions, integrating inductive and deductive methods for data analysis.
